A Shout-Mob poem commissioned from John Wedgwood Clarke by Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Performed by MA Music Theatre and MA Acting, directed by Paul Barker.
To herald the opening of 2013 Inside Out Festival, with the festival’s mini theme of “failure”, MA Music Theatre and MA Acting have commissioned a choral poem from renowned John Wedgwood Clark. In the tradition of the founder of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Elsie Fogerty, the work celebrates the perhaps lost art of choral speaking. At this stage it is unclear whether the performance will be a success or a failure. Whatever the outcome, we can guarantee the delivery will be dramatic.
