Leading philosophers from King’s College London discuss aspects of failure in a series of informal and inclusive Salons (on Tuesday 22nd / Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th October).
At Wednesday’s Salon, join Sacha Golob for a discussion on failure in art:
What kinds of failure can there be in art? Might some types of failure actually improve an art work? And what can the possibility of failure tell us about the artist’s relationship to her creation?
Dr Sacha Golob will discuss these and other questions from a philosophical perspective.
Dr Sacha Golob
Sacha Golob is a lecturer in Philosophy at King’s College London; before joining KCL, he was a Research Fellow at Peterhouse, Cambridge. His main interests are in continental philosophy and the philosophy of art.
